"Beautiful, clean, and tidy store, excellent staff and service, food amazingly well presented overall. Unfortunately, the children's playground was quite disappointing. My children mentioned it was dirty, with old food scraps on one of the upper levels and a strong smell of urine. Not sure if the playground is regularly cleaned or maintained, but if not, it should be — especially in a space meant for young children."

I spoke to the team member at the speaker around 3:05 PM, and by 3:07 I was driving away with my order — incredibly fast and efficient service! Both of the staff members at the windows were friendly, professional, and made the experience smooth and pleasant. The food? Unbelievable. I ordered the BBQ Bandit small combo on the app, which was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and just the way I like them. And the real surprise? The Barbecue Bandit burger — I tried it for the first time, and it was amazing. Packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Huge shoutout to the team working that afternoon — you made my day!
